the interview process at academy sports + outdoors was so so so easy and simple almost made it a joke and truth be told if and when you are hired the job training is little to poor making you feel unprepared for the job.

Just a couple of simple questions, starts off with an online interview and then they invite you to an in person interview. There is a back ground check but the interviews are easy.

Entretien
An interview with a manager and senior team lead, then a second interview with the GM. Very laid back guys, kind goofy, just looking for someone who loves the outdoors to some degree to work for them.
