The interview process with Accent Advisor is thorough, consisting of three interviews. These interviews assess candidates' abilities in accent reduction, their teaching personalities, and their level of professionalism. Regardless of whether a candidate is hired, the hiring process itself is highly beneficial. The preparation videos and materials provided by the head coach are invaluable and can be applied to other ESL teaching roles. If you are a qualified English language teacher with a passion for helping others achieve their language goals, such as sounding more American, this is an excellent opportunity.

During one of the interviews, I was asked about my preferred teaching method for accent reduction.
