Process took about 1 month. Acquisition Specialist reached out to me on LinkedIn. I formally applied for the job afterward. Process included screening call with HR, interview with VP, and 2 interviews with team members. Based on the job description, I was overqualified for the position and salary range was low. Interviews had lots of time in between with no sense of urgency, and interviews with the team members felt unnecessary. Like the company was using the interview as practice for the junior team members to gain exposure to the interview/hiring process. Was not given an offer even though overqualified for position.

Had a few rounds of interviews with the influencer team at Access. Every member was very welcoming, knowledgeable and excited about a new member. Completed an assignment as a final round.
