The interview process included a phone screen with the hiring manager, then an interview with a few Director level people, sending over project plan examples, then a final interview with another Director. Interviews were generally pretty well-run, if a little repetitive, but what turned this from a neutral to a negative experience was that the hiring manager never followed up with next steps or a decision. Really unprofessional for an organization to ghost their candidates like this, but after reading the reviews of this organization, am unsurprised and grateful that no one got back to me.
