Very basic interview process. Dress professionally and be prepared to answer why you want yo work there, who referred you and what skills you have that would help in this sales role.

Phone interview then in-person interview. It was fine. When I was offered the job I asked about benefits before signing on. The company was not truthful with me about when benefits started (it's 90 days), and they refused to honor their written word (they said 30 days). They tried to say I misunderstood, but when I showed them what they had written me they then claimed it was a mistake. I still moved forward due to the commission potential.
