The interview process was calm but interviewers seemed distracted and didn’t ask many impactful questions. Seemed to be a looking for a specific type of person. Family environment, bootstrap operation. Formal, professional and sneakily judgmental environment if you don’t fit the norm. I gathered all of this just from the interview process. Some will thrive in that environment but it wasn’t for me.
