It is a really well-put-together process. A few of the questions are unique to Accutrainee, so they might feel a little different from the usual interview fare. My tip: treat it like a relaxed, honest chat.
The HR Interview is a good opportunity to introduce yourself to Accutrainee and explain your understanding of the organisation. Through this introduction you can elaborate on your written application, and you can discuss your skills and your motivations.
The Assessment Centre is constituted by three separate parts, allowing you to demonstrate a variety of skills. The third part is the interview. Similarly to the HR Interview, this is a very good opportunity to discuss your motivations for undergoing Accutrainee’s application process and to discuss your own thoughts about the profession and the organisation’s model.
Throughout the application process, each point of contact with Accutrainee is informative and supportive. The team are well positioned to understand exactly where you are on your journey to qualification, and how exactly they may be able to help you.

Entretien
Consisted of a three-stage rigorous process which included an HR interview, an attention to detail exercise, and a three-hour-long interview including a presentation and further competencies. The process ran smoothly and I gained a further understanding of the accutrainee process; furthermore, the exclusion of a virtual interview stage was much appreciated. Very happy with my experience overall.
