J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ace Hardware (Seattle, WA) en mai 2014
Entretien
Interview took two minutes. He said he'd never interviewed anyone before (and he's the store manager??) and I could tell he was nervous. I carried the interview by talking about what I could do for the company and he said okay we'll call you. I didn't know if I had the job until about 30 minutes later he was begging me to take a drug test so I could work the next day because they just had 3 people quit. <insert alarm bells>
The process was super easy. It was only two steps with both being social meetings. The first was an over-the-phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Then a later in-person meeting that lasted about 15 minutes.

Entretien
I researched the company, arrived early, answered technical and personal questions confidently, asked about daily work, thanked the interviewer, sent a follow-up email, and later received an offer for the position.

Entretien
Asked the normal questions, and I thought it went well until I asked about if hired, asking for a day off that I had already planned. and a man behind me on the comment had to make a snard comment about it.
