After applying in person, I had an in person interview the next day I believe it was. I was interviewed by TWO managers back to back. Followed by a lengthy phone interview with Karen the day after that. All 3 were nice, patient, professional & sincere. VERY thorough. Karen was awesome! I could tell they want only the best working for them.

Wanted a lot of specific examples.. "Tell us about a time when you had to..." type questions.
They had me take a test with basic math and various hardware questions. Then the interviewer would ask me questions about myself, my strengths and my weaknesses. We talked about my availability and my previous experience. They told me about the store and what I would be doing.

Initial submitter of application and resume online and in person. One on One, and group interview. Background check and drug testing required. Previous experience in retail and management helpful.
