Applied online through their processing network. Received a call no more than a week later with a representative in Human Resources. Basic questions on my job experience and my availability were asked. An immediate offer was presented. Started the on-boarding process the very next day.

It was simple and quick, roughly 15 minutes with questions and answers. My recruiter was really helpful and attentive. She was detailed and reiterated anything I was confused on. She is also a very fast responder.

Easy. I answered an ad and was called a few days afterwards. Very simple questions. Mostly interested if I had a car and how far I lived from the Walmart. Hired that day.
