Never got pass the application process. After working for them 9+ years they will not even talk to me. Was told that the Unit manager was hiring on of his friends for the position who had no retail merchandising experience, which upon viewing him in the stores, seems to be the situation.

Applied for the position online. I was emailed back within minutes. Skype interview was arranged as they are located in Toronto. Was a very short and sweet preliminary interview with a recruiter. At the end of the of the interview the recruiter asked if I would like to continue with the application and interview with regional manager. That interview was via skype as well later that day.
