Questions with HR / Lead developer and was asked to write a programming test. I was asked lots of questions about what programming languages I like and what sort of things I like to do in my free time. The interview was overall casual and I felt quite comfortable. It was not your typical interview and overall it seemed like more of a feeling-out process of personality then a credential check. I think Acro is more concerned with personalty fit then they are credentials.
