A recorded online interview followed by an over the phone interview with the regional manager. The recorded interview can feel awkward if you aren't used to it because you aren't talking with any specific person. There isn't a lot of time given to answer the question, but they give you a couple of retries to get your response just right.

Applied online, received a call next day. I was asked questions about my knowledge of computers since I was applying for computer sales. Then later told me that I would receive info about setting up a phone interview. The phone interview wasn't really an interview, more like an introduction into what I'll be doing and what the company does and asks if I am on board with the job. So the first call I received is what I would consider the interview. I was asked one question and I moved on.

Referred by a friend, interviewed over the phone, went to Akron Oh. for 2 day training and now working at Sears in the Electronics Dept. Very pleased with my new job, its exciting to sell new TV's and electronics, keeps you busy and I enjoy knowing i helped pick out the perfect TV for my member or members.
