We value the safety of the people we support, our staff are trained thoroughly on how to provide care to a high standard and have constant support should they require. As a result, we’re confident that the vast majority of our staff are happy working for Active Prospects: last year we received an Outstanding rating in the national Best Companies survey, which was based solely on feedback from our staff.
We do have processes in place for staff to raise concerns or give feedback. Where staff do have concerns we want to hear them, so we can learn and improve as an organisation.
