Even though the interviewer may say to solve the puzzle, in reality the main intention is not to see the solution but to check whether the team can stick to their decision and reasoning. The interviewer may try to manipulate, challenge, or confuse the team by asking questions like why you chose that puzzle and why not the others. The key is to discuss with your team, choose one puzzle, structure your reasoning clearly, and confidently stick to that decision until the end.
