After applying I was sent an email by the Head of Programmatic inviting me to attend an interview at their London, UK office. I accepted and we worked out a convenient time - they were quite flexible in accommodating my request to meet earlier. I arrived and was shown to a small meeting room where the interview was with the Head of Programmatic. It was somewhat informal, they asked about my prior experience and current role. The questions included what my daily routine consisted of, what sort of Ad Servers and DSPs I used, the budget for campaigns I was in charge of etc. Overall the interview lasted around 20 minutes. I was informed via email a week later that I'd been unsuccessful but that they would like to keep my CV on file should any suitable jobs arise in the future.
