My experience with this company was nothing short of chaotic and unprofessional. From the beginning, it became quite clear that the company's respect for candidates' time were severely lacking. I received a call to set up the interview and was given a half hour slot for the interview. However, on the day of the interview, I was shocked to find myself waiting alongside three to four other candidates who had also been assigned the exact same time slot. This disregard for proper scheduling not only wasted my time but also highlighted the lack of consideration for candidates' commitments and schedules. This lack of basic organization raises serious concerns about company's professionalism and ability to handle even the simplest aspects of the interview process. The interview itself was a mere formality. Rather than engaging in a meaningful discussion about my qualifications and skills, the questions focused exclusively on my willingness to work an arduous six-day workweek for a salary which was even lower than the minimum living wage for the required hours. The interviewer's lack of interest in assessing my suitability for the role was evident, and it became clear that the company was more interested in exploiting candidates than recognizing their potential contributions. Most concerning was the company's blatant disregard for fair employment practices. The expectation of six-day workweeks, each comprising eight hours, is not only unreasonable but also demonstrates a disregard for work-life balance. Furthermore, the salary offered was shockingly below the government's guideline, reflecting a troubling pattern of undervaluing and underpaying employees. In conclusion, my experience was marked by poor scheduling practices, unprofessional conduct, and a disregard for candidates' time and well-being. I strongly advise prospective candidates to be cautious when considering opportunities with this company, as my encounter highlighted concerning flaws in their approach to hiring. Pros: None. Cons: Chaotic and shared interview time slot. Lack of consideration for candidates' schedules. Superficial interview questions. Unreasonable six-day workweek expectation. Below-guideline salary offer.

It is unpredictable as they were just thinking from the jump, told me the job description and added it is free labour in a rude tone as they randomly asked if I speak Urdu and Hindi which was not in the previous job post and still hasn’t send a rejection email but just put another job application out there. Vile and vile people!
