Two weeks later on site meeting with several members of their staff, including possible reports and the hiring manager. Each meeting taking approx. 30-45 minutes. Again questions about technical background. Did a good job explaining the tasks and challenges associated with the position. Overall, pleasant experience. However, their HR person was not available and there was no follow up from them, despite requests by email and phone. Given the time that was spent for the interviews, this leaves a bad impression.
