I did a remote interview with Human Resources, followed by an in-person interview with departmental staff. During the interview I learned more about Add People, and the types of role available. I was also able to expand on the points raised in my CV and Cover letter.

The interview process was great. Each phone call and the video call were insightful into the business and into the role, and the interviewers themselves were extremely friendly The face to face interview was then really well managed also. Both interviewers during this process put me at ease right away and throughout the interview.
