The first stage of the interview was a lot better for me because the people I spoke to were friendlier and made me feel welcome, then the second stage interview was not the same. At the end of the day, they said I didn't have enough experience, even though it was an assistant role.

An initial phone call with internal recruitment which was followed by an online teams call with key people within the SEO team. Followed by an in-person interview with team managers.

Entretien
The interview was a positive and encouraging experience. The interviewers were welcoming, friendly, and created a comfortable atmosphere. The questions were thoughtful and focused on understanding my personal values, career aspirations, and how these aligned with the company's culture and mission. I felt that the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and were not simply going through a checklist of standard interview questions.
