The manager and supervisor interviewed me. They had several ideas for placement within their organization and was looking for someone who could perform tasks of reaffirming board designs. They did not like that I had so much design experience and seemed to feel I was over qualified for the position. They showed me around the area before I left. They described their company who their customers were and what differences they made in the businesses that they served.
