I had applied for sde role on campus. First round was resume shortlisting and they shortlisted around 17 students. Second round was technical interview. It started with introduction. Then interviewer asked to code quicksort algorithm. I did it partially .He was satisfied with partial solution. They he asked me one typical sql query. Five students got shortlisted. Third round was also technical round. The interviewer was talking in hindi. He had resume in his hand. He was not happy with my low CGPA. Although my CGPA was 8 which i think should be considered as good CGPA in top colleges. He started with some of the tools that i had mentioned in my resume like react js. Then he asked me code reverse the linked list problem. I did that and explained the complete code to him and he was completely satisfied. I was very much sure that i would get selected for HR round but None of us get selected for HR round. They were very unprofessional during whole interview process. The whole interview process took around 5 days although our college representative was continuously calling their HR about the delays . They also delay interview by half an hour or hour in each of interview. They didn't select anyone which i think beacuse they want some high CGPA(more than 8.5) guy.
