I was fresher and went till the HR round, There were 4 interview rounds, the first 2 rounds were technical, however mostly they were picking questions from the resume and shooting towards us, and few technical questions about servo and induction motor, welding, tolerance limit etc. The third round was taken by the vice president of the addverb, In which they ask about your resume and tell about your job role. Last is the HR round, Ask about yourself, your failure, hobby and many more.

there is no test , direct short listing on the basis of resume.and there are three round ,first round is all about you core knoweldge .i cleared first round but unable to get into the third round
