Applied through referral. The interview was over the phone with a manager. It was straightforward and enjoyable. It was more of a conversation about what I was looking to achieve at Adecco and what type of experience/skills that could transfer over to the staffing agency.

Entretien
3 rounds of interviews. First one consisted of CV and cover letter. Second one was an assessment centre consisting of a short presentation from each candidate about them and the vision of the company. Third one was another assessment centre with 8 top candidates.

Went into a small room with two of the managers and was mainly doing the speaking, very friendly and good communication, all upfront. People came in and out. Asked very basic questions.
