I was sourced through LinkedIn and invited for an interview at the Adecco office in Athens. I was there for full 2 hours, basically describing my resume and my experience in Consultancy and HR. The saddest part of the experience was when I was given the chance to ask about the position and I discover that it had nothing to do with HR or Consulting. It was purely a Business Development Representative position that had been named HR Consultant for reasons that elude me. In the end, I had to blow my interview by saying that I am not sure how I will fit in.
