Standard interview process for a temporary service agency. The interview was relatively brief. At the same time as the interview I was required to do a skills test, they didn't advise of this and it added several hours to the process. Just a heads up may want to schedule additional time.

Entretien
Over the phone with staffing recruiter prior to assignment. Confirmed via email availability on assignment day and details on when and where to show up, who to meet. Since we already have a profile set-up ahead of time with the Adecco website, they have a clear idea of our skill set prior to phone screening. Some of us was also employees from prior assignments with reviews on record.
