The hiring manager reached out to schedule an in-person interview. Once there was asked to fill out a form, while I waited for the interviewing manager. The interview began and was asked about 5 questions. Then was offered a small tour around the office floor.

Easy casual low stress, straight to the point. Screened over the phone first and then attended in-person interview. Not too much information on benchmarks and goals to hit. Short interview and friendly staff.
