One morning I replied to an email asking me when i was available to chat. We ended up talking that same day. Which i guess WAS the actual interviews. First it was with a man who described the position to me and acted ASSURED ID be a GREAT FIT! A bit later that morning I got another call. From the CEO, Joy, who did mostly the same as first guy except maybe gave me a bit more detail about the place. Again, Joy as well reassured me that I would be AM AMAZING FIT! And informed me that we concluded the interview process and shed like to formally offer me a position. I accepted. And they gave me a start date. Which was 2 days after the interviews.
