I received a few phone interviews with the Founders and Directors eventually leading up to flying out to their site. Interviewed again and toured the facility. I believe I was the right fit for them. Likely due to their size they were quite bad at communication trying to do their day job let alone on boarding. I had to re-engage between interviews about if follow-ups were to occur. After visiting their facility I haven't heard back after two months, not sure if they wanted more candidates since my position wasn't needed for a few months or is another of their communication issues. I also was referred to them and knew this interview was coming months in advance. Not sure if they're moving at the right pace.
