The interview process took 4 weeks. You have an initial call with the recruiter. And then a call with the hiring manager and then a panel with some people on the team. And then the final interview is with the dept head. What was frustrating was being ghosted after dedicating a lot of time and preparation into this process. No email or nothing telling me I didn’t get the job. The whole process felt very weird and performative. It doesn’t give me a great impression of Adswerve. Very unprofessional.
