Easy and intuitive... Very nice and very direct, humorous. One on one interview asking for previous job experience and comfortability with customer sales and satisfaction. The whole process lasted about 20 minutes, outlined the job duties, included short and quick test, and included the fitting for uniforms. Short, sweet, to the point.

Very first question in the interview was "how much money do you want to make". I thought you wait until a second interview to discuss that kind of information. Especially with concerning pay. Not the way that should of been handled.
