The interviewing process was very low stress and the first interview felt like a conversation. I really appreciated that they didn't expect college students to have to find the time in their schedule to actually come to the office and interview, and just had two phone interviews instead. Unfortunately the communication afterwards was very poor and they called me months after and asked if I was still interested.

Entretien
First step was a phone call from a recruiter, second and final step was a one-on-one with your potential future manager. There were no technical assessments for my position. Recruiters are very friendly, professional and easy to talk to.

Describe your strengths, a project you worked on that you enjoyed, etc. Very normal interview questions.
very simple on phone interview and 2 people asked a few questions and they were very patient to listen to the whole thing till the time you stop saying and the whole thing lasted only 30 minutes
