I contacted the talent acquisition lead on LinkedIn and had a 30 minutes call in 2 days (end of March 2020) during which I listed my job and salary preferences as well as my background. Within 2 weeks I had the technical call that lasted about 30 minutes (I mentioned my day to day tasks and the documentation required to perform them). After another 2 weeks I had another call this time with the vicepresident and the regional manager (I presented myself, my work experience, my motivation for the job change...). Finally, I had the last call with the Sponsor within 1 week after the previous one during which I mentioned again my daily tasks and how I perform them including the use of Excel and documentation. After this last interview, I had a call with the HR representative and established the details of my employment. Overall, I had a great experience as I came in touch with people excited about their work and determined to hire the right people on the right position. I felt that they do care about the candidates not just professionally but also from a human perspective.
