You are required to present on your career or other relevant history. Then interview individually with each supervisor. It can be a bit intimidating, but everyone is very welcoming. I felt more comfortable than I expected that I would.

Initial interview with two engineers on line. Followed by an on site interview within a week which lasted 4 hours, Started off with a presentation of a topic of your choice. Then multiple back to back interviews with different engineers. Took them almost a month to give a decision.
