Work for Column Technologies as a contractor. They look for Level 1 people. They will do a review of your resume. Then you will do a phone interview and they let you in like water stream with least about of resistance.

Applied on their website. Recruiter contacted me the next day. Did a phone interview and a web interview (webcam). Had the job within 2 weeks of the interview process. They were hiring as many as they could at the time in the IT department and you could tell.

Various IT questions, like how to use the ping command, what you would do to set up a home network, how to map a network printer, etc. Basic stuff like that.
