Interview was easy and casual. Just worked to see goodness of fit for the position/client base. Great people! Past that, there was a 30 day training period of workshops of varying relation to the actual duties they expected me to perform - sometimes this meant listening to HR people talk about systems interns weren't actually allowed to access, sometimes it meant very relevant clinical discussion of patient cases.
