Though there was no formal interview process, as I was sent to the department to work on a particular project associated with my degree at ADU, I met with two preceptors and they explained the process from start to finish. I had clarity about the work I would be doing, hours I would be working, and the entire project.

In depth interview. Personal interview with someone high up in the Leadership Institute. Online application that was easy, but complex website. Character evaluation that takes 30min. This will come up in the interview. Drug test.

It was great. Everyone was very friendly towards me and they were ever ready to answer any questions I had. There was a lot of communication after the interview. Overall, it was a fantastic interview experience.
