Applied for lab assistant I at satellite clinic. Got called for interview for lab processing assistant position at the main lab at different location. No communication between recruiter and hiring team. Hiring manager called to set up interview 3 days after submitting application online.

The interview process was simple and straightforward, asking about educational pursuits, expectations; for example, schedule, time commitment. Given opportunities/ path for growth. Fair, good opportunity to gauge department, ask questions.

I applied for the job and they contacted me within 1-2 weeks for a phone screening then an in person interview. Then after 2 weeks I got an offer with the next steps which included a pre-employment physical assessment and signing some papers with HR.
