I was recently asked about a position for this company that is currently active by a friend of mine who understands my passion for conservation and it touched a nerve because I wrote off my own experience. After sharing what I learned with him, it felt necessary to do the same here. A year or so maybe? I looked into a future position here since my background in molecular biology could be an incredible asset to this team. I mean what they are doing for the planet here is extraordinary! and because of that, I've been following them for a few years and noticed the frequent change in staff there (If you've followed this company you may have noticed the same). After a bit of digging and reaching out to some pretty influential and highly respected friends in this industry - familiar with the company - I would caution anyone looking for a position here. There is an ungodly amount of turnover which is never a good sign. While I admire what they do for the planet as a whole, this is a sign of a much larger problem. I pulled my application after learning more and observing this. Look elsewhere.
