However, I was disappointed with the compensation offered; the salary was significantly lower than the industry average for this role, and there was little room for negotiation. This lack of a competitive offer was the main reason I decided not to move forward with the opportunity, despite enjoying the seamless interview process.

for me i only gave the 1 round of interview after that i declined because i was looking for non voice and they offering me voice process thats why i declined.yeah that was the process
