I received a phone call and email from a recruiter asking if I was interested in applying for the position after she saw my resume in connection with a different position. Short interview with the recruiter, 1 hour interview with panel of 3 including the hiring manager. Short interview with the business manager. Received an offer 4 days after final interview.

A recruiter called me and asked me a few questions and then a couple days later a manager called me for a phone interview. A couple days later the recruiter called and gave me an offer.

The managers explain the process, the history of Aetna, expectations, and some past case examples. Honestly was the best interview process I ever had. It seemed they took all the past errors, success, and feedback to develop their interview process.
