Even though I had an interview scheduled with HR(Talent Acquisition and People Advisor), the interview never took place for the Procurement Manager role I applied for, I was waiting for the call as advised but, it did not happen, sent an email this day when the interviewer was 10 minutes late in the call, the following day, and again this week when the position was re-advertised. After all this follow-up and communication from my side, I do not know as yet why this interview did not take place and why I did not receive an explanation on why this happened or what happened to the role I applied for. This has left a huge sense of unprofessionalism from the company that I did not expect to as this has never happened to me in my long career and cause me issues as my day needed to be rescheduled to fit a time for this interview, compromising my other commitments. What makes me think that maybe is a "process" in place from AEVI HR for getting the license to sponsor staff which are already selected for the role. I have already interviewed with this company competitor, which demonstrates to be really professional even though we did not reach an agreement on the conditions.
