Had two phone screenings. Very simple they wanted to learn about what you have done that relates to the position. The in person was not very professional. I showed up to meet the interviewer and he left me alone for most of the tome. At no point did he ever tell me about the position nor ask anything about mw. So for a 2 hour in person interview I sat there for 45 minutes of which my interviewer spoke to me for 5 minutes. I had a friend who referred me to the position
