The interview process started with an initial recruiter screening, followed by a technical interview with a panel of about six team members over Google Meet. The panel interview lasted around 1.5 hours. Although it was described as a technical interview, most of the questions were behavioral and focused on past experience, teamwork, and how I approach testing challenges. The team was professional, but the session felt quite long for the type of questions asked. It would be helpful if the interview could be shorter or concluded earlier if the team feels the candidate may not be the right fit.
