The process is quite informal with few technical question but with more focus on approach and ability to lead teams. One hour was allocated for the interview process which I felt was not adequate at least from my perspective to learn about the project organisation. Until now I have received no feedback from the panel which is extremely unprofessional.

Process was relatively quick with answer sought within a week of the interview.
