I had 2 role play which was the most important part of the recruitment process. After which I had an interview. At the end I was told I got 147/200 in the role play. I was told I knew about the job from the role play but the examples I gave during the interview were not good enough I was really Sad

Having English and math tests first, after you passed you will be invited into the next role play tests and then it will be interview at the end, once you passed the role play.

They first ask you to write a letter to a customer to judge your English, you then do a maths test, you then do role play customer service situations where you receive an inbound call and make an outbound call.
