The first part was the introduction where I was asked to elaborate myself, then came the main question, I had completed my BE but still why did I came in here, second part was the written test which had some easy questions, third part was the OPS interview, which was also very easy considering the skills of OPS managers in the company.

There is first aptitude test to check your English proficiency, then interview to test your psychology and all. The aptitude test includes objective type questions as well as completing the sentence type or matching the words and meaning in two column type of questions. The questions include to find out the correct spelling, correct usage of grammer etc.
