Responded to request for EOI that was posted on website. Contacted a few weeks later with a Request for Proposal, having been shortlisted with three (or four?) other consultants. Request for Proposal included TORs of assignment. Technical and Financial Proposal requested.

pretty straight forward. just know your stuff. pane of 5 persons . questions were a lil bit tricky but i think it was ok.
interview lasted for 30 min. one of the panelist was not joking at all
