It's was four steps process,
first level is to talk with hiring manager which simple and straightforward talking about tech stack and salary. Second was technical challenge which is to create simply CLI. Third steps is code discussion and behaviour interview.

6 rounds: 1 HR 3 coding 1 past experience 1 sys design 1 recruiter pretty long interview process and will be interviewed by US guys, we have to be patient and the schedule may be changed anytime.

5x 1 hour rounds of interviews - 1 Screening pair programming, then 2 more PP sessions, 1 system design and 1 past experience Q&A. PP sessions are leetcode medium, but start easy then develop to become harder (more reqs / better than n^2) Past experience is more of a traditional interview, just talk about 1 single large past project. SD is told ahead of time, and in my feedback they didnt like that I designed for the follow up questions rather than have something incredibly simple to satisfy just the initial requirements. Why give me the question ahead of time then?
