It is our intention that all applicants have a positive experience when applying for a position. Our aptitude test is utilized for positions that require a high level of technical skills. It is one consideration, among many, that aims to gauge a candidate’s fit and the likelihood of success in the role. Our training manager role specifically is a very technical position that will require implementing the Agiloft software and developing the software training for internal and external administrator users.
Occasionally, we may use third-party recruiting agencies that may ask for current or previous salary history in their initial screening processes. However, Agiloft does not, at any time, ask for any current or previous salary information. Third-party agencies that inquire about salary history do not share that information with Agiloft.
